Great company and terrific experience.I needed to clean out the attic and found these guys at a trade show. They were incredibly professional in every way.A previous contractor had parked a heavy load too close to the corner edge of the driveway and cracked it, so well was a bit apprehensive. Patrick delivered it & and placed it perfectly so we could have garage access but it wasn’t too close to the edge - actually I didn’t even have to express my concerns as he was careful about preventing that from the beginning. They also have protectors as well to avoid damage to the driveway. He was extremely personable and then over the Dumpster use in detail. I received texts with both an arrival & pick-up time estimate and they were there almost to the minute.I had to talk with Carlos in the office several times about having to reschedule the Dumpster & he was always courteous, helpful, easily accessible and very professional.Unfortunately, there are quite a few of these sketchy junk removal services around I’ve had some friends that have had some issues with them. This certainly doesn’t appear to be one of those.Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ll need another dumpster in the fall and won’t hesitate to use them again. I would strongly recommend them.

Wow. Just wow. I thought renting a dumpstor would be like any other “typical rental” just like equipment for yard work or a bounce house for a kids party. Boy was I surprisingly wrong… in a good way!!!I submitted an online request thinking I’d hear a response in a few days or a week. Not sure if they are always this responsive, but I had a call in under 15 minutes with a live person who asked me what my needs were, what my timeframe was and if I had any special requests. We talked about different sizes, and what would work best for my particular project. I was serious about moving forward but was surprised how fast they responded. They actually set the Dumpstor that same day!!! I was at work because I wasn’t expecting the turn around that fast. The driver called me when he was on his way to give me a heads up, and again when he got there to ask where exactly I wanted it. We have a flat 2 car wide driveway, but barely 2 car. He was able to set it right on the edge so we could still get a car parked on the other side!Best part? I was worried the dumpstor might damage or scratch the driveway because we are renting the property. Couldn’t even tell it was there!!! Super impressed and will definitely recommend to anyone with dumpster needs!

Great experience with DumpStor. I worked with Carlos to get the right size for what we needed and when we needed to adjust the days of delivery and pickup it was no trouble at all. We'll definitely be using them again for our cleanouts!
