I can’t say enough about how GREAT of an experience I had with Carlos and Austin at DumpStor and have bragged to AT LEAST 20 people about how great they were to work with. The container arrived so quietly I didn’t even hear that it had been dropped off. They COMMUNICATED BEAUTIFULLY whenever they were going to be dropping off or picking up and Carlos was SUPER helpful and friendly on the phone and JOY to speak with. The dumpster was clean and odor free and was the cutest green dumpster I could ever imagine in my driveway. Ha ha! We will definitely call them again!!!!

This is my second time choosing DumpStor of Birmingham because they were so easy to work with three years ago. This delivery was more complicated due to driveway configuration, but the driver made it look easy and put the dumpster exactly where I asked. He stayed and made sure I knew how the door latch worked and told me all I would need to know about loading and pick up. He was kind, polite and knowledgeable. Shout out to Sal! I was also pleased with the set-up and communications before-hand by phone and email. I will need several dumpsters before this renovation is done and I am glad to know I can rely on DumpStor.
