I started CrossFit here because I wanted to up my game, and since joining I genuinely feel like my fitness has gone from strength to strength. Great group of people, excellent workouts, and the trainers are really knowledgeable and motivating. It is on the costly side, but in my opinion it’s definitely worth the money.

EWF is a great place for kids to build confidence and learn discipline, respect and self-defense. The place is well-equipped and the Karate instructors are friendly and make classes fun while teaching valuable skills.

My son has been attending EWF or 4 years now, since he was only 4 years old. He enjoys his time there, every time! His instructors (Amir for karate / Antonio for BJJ) are friendly and keep the kids engaged with fun lessons and activities, but also apply discipline where needed, as well as teaching students the merits of self discipline. The dojo is spacious and well kitted out and maintained. The monthly fee allows members to attend as many classes as they choose, so while my son goes twice per week, he has the option of going more often or can go on different days if necessary. All of rhe kids are friendly and welcoming to newbies too. If you're looking for martial arts classes for your child, then I recommend you give EWF a try.

The instructors at EWF are of a standard I’ve never experienced elsewhere. Their passion is obvious. They can make the kids laugh, and seconds later have them stood to attention. They teach great morals, and we have been going for over a year now. Really great!

A wonderful place where kids not only learn self-defense but also develop discipline, respect, and confidence—all through fun and engaging activities. Everything is run professionally, and my daughter absolutely loves being part of it. She always comes home thrilled and full of excitement after every session. Can’t recommend it enough!
