The arborist from Royal Oaks, Jason McLoughlin, came to our home on a Wednesday in March to walk our property and discuss tree pruning. We wanted lower branches removed, shaping, and crown thinning on 2 large trees on our property, pruning on 2 magnolia bushes that were out of control, and 2 neighbors overhanging Elm limbs removed. The following Tuesday a crew of 4 showed up with Jason and got busy for 5 hours doing a thorough and impeccable job. Even the small lift they used to get high into the elm did not leave any trace of marks on the lawn. They dealt with the inconvenience of handicapped parking in front of my house and a grade school next door, so they spread out the trucks and equipment down the block until needed. They worked so efficiently and quietly. I desired having a lot trimmed out, and they did! We are so happy with the quality of work done for a very fair price. Top notch.

The crew is a good blend of friendly and "taking care of business". They are obviously experienced and knowledgeable. Safety was taken into consideration as they worked. The yard and grass were preserved with measures to prevent damage as much as possible. The clean-up left my yard in better shape than before they came. 😊I would recommend Royal Oaks without any reservations!

We love Working with Christian and everyone at Royal Oaks. Their knowledge and care have saved our trees and saved us the cost of having to remove trees. Trimming is done with care and our yard and roof are cleaner than when they arrived!

We were really happy to have found Royal Oaks. Jason came out and did an entire health check on all our trees. We have a few of them so it was great to find out which ones are fine even if older. He listened to what we wanted and Macy from the office sent us an estimate that allowed us to select or deselect different trees. That let is focus on what’s important this year. We opted for more hazard reduction- the cost of the whole thing was very reasonable. And given that this is an established service with an arborist the cost was good. The guys came out and were careful with our property and professional. The work looks great. It was a cold day with winds and ice and blowing snow. But they were still up high in our giant Pin Oak. Like I saw, the work is good but given the difficulty and safety challenges of this work, the price was very fair. We’ll use them for our next project - no second thoughts there.

I found Royal Oaks through a neighborhood group and decided to give them a try. Their arborist, Jason, came out and took the time to walk through every tree on our property, explaining what was in great shape, what needed immediate attention, and what to keep an eye on for the future. His knowledge and transparency made me feel very confident working with him.We also showed him an empty spot in our front yard where we’d been wanting to add a new tree. Jason helped us choose the right type for the space, and we ended up purchasing one along with our initial maintenance work. The tree they planted is beautiful—about 15 feet tall and far larger than anything we’ve ever tried (and failed) to plant on our own.Overall, we’re thrilled with our experience. The team was professional, the results exceeded our expectations, and we truly feel our money was well spent.

We recently contracted with Royal Oaks Tree Care for help with tree pruning and organic feeding of several trees that showed various stages of distress.Jason, an arborist, came out several times to discuss plans and schedules for feedings and pruning.The first work visit for pruning and fertilization was this past Tuesday. The team, comprised of Irving, Colton and Caleb, did an outstanding job.Any trimming close to structures was done carefully and cleanly, nothing was damaged. Throughout their visit the entire team was very helpful to explain their work, and everyone was very courteous. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. Overall, a job very well done.We expect another visit later in the year, for trimming of dormant trees.We can only very highly recommend Royal Oaks for their professionalism and dedication.

I’ve used Royal Oaks twice and they have been great . The first time they removed two 30 ft tall evergreens. The second time they removed some smaller trees and bushes , ground the stumps, and then trimmed all of my ornamental trees which all turned out great . Thank you !
