We had been dealing with a temperamental tankless water heater for a year. The hot water would randomly shut off during laundry, dishes, and worst of all, showers. We had other companies out, but no one could figure it out. Bravo H2O was recommended to us through Nextdoor, and they got us an appointment the next day. Toby came out and, thankfully, his first words were not “you need a new unit.” He took the time to diagnose the problem, clean and service the system, test our water, and even replaced a broken outdoor spigot and added a shutoff valve the same day! So far, our showers are back to being luxuriously warm, my wife is happy, and I’m grateful.They’re not the cheapest, but the timeliness, service, and effort to actually solve the problem were excellent. We’d absolutely use them again.

Fast efficient had new water heater with extension replaced and all new piping pricing very reasonable would recommend to anyone needing plumbing work , even routed out my old nasty drain in laundry room 😁👍

Bravo H2o came out to fix my Sump pump that kept flooding my basement they were very quick to respond with a quote and they were very quick on coming out to fix the subpump. They are very good at what they do and their prices are very reasonable. I would call them again if I have any other problems in the future and I will refer them to my friends and family.
