I just enjoyed a beautiful Reiki session with Jeff. He has created a very calm and gentle environment for his Reiki practice with wonderful sounds to lure you into a deeper relaxation along with a warm mat and weighted blanket which makes you feel very secure and cozy. Jeff is a very safe, very grounded Reiki master practitioner. His space is exceptionally comfortable and he incorporates sound and scent really gently and elegantly to heighten the healing experience. I’ve received Reiki from a lot of different folks; Jeff’s Reiki feels very grounding and powerful but in a comforting, secure way. He offers helpful insights after the session to bring further clarity to tricky situations and extend the healing to the conscious arena as well.
