My apt needed the floors redone and the walls painted. Marcos did a fantastic job, professionally and in a short period of time. The place looks fantastic, extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend his services.

Marcos and the team at Bourke Contracting provide an excellent service and attention to detail. Marcos has done great work in and around my house - indoor and outdoor painting, wood rot repair, door replacement, and french drain installation. He is very responsive and knowledgable and visits the site everyday to inspect the work to ensure it’s perfect. He will also provide his opinion on what level of repair is needed to help you save money on unnecessary repairs. We have been very pleased with Marcos’ work and highly recommend you go with the Bourke team.

The Bourke Contracting team did an incredible job painting our living room and dining room (including installing a new ceiling in the living room). Marcos provided helpful guidance scoping the project and the team was professional and easy to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work. Highly recommend!

Look no further! The absolute best and most trustworthy company for exterior painting and carpentry work. Loved working with Marcos and the team. Very conscientious and detail oriented. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience working with this company. From start to finish, the communication was excellent and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. They were professional, honest, and always showed up when they said they would. The crew paid attention to every detail and kept the job site clean throughout the project. If you’re looking for a reliable construction company for home renovations, remodeling, or general contracting work, I highly recommend them. It’s hard to find contractors you can trust, and these guys definitely delivered. I would not hesitate to use them again for future projects.

We could not be happier with the quality of Bourke’s work and customer service. They’ve painted our house twice, most recently in 2022, when they also replaced the shutters. Marcos led us through the color selection process with skill and patience, and we are truly thrilled with the results. They handled replacement of rotted boards, rebuilt the base of our shed, and repaired window trim with speed and flexibility. The entire team was wonderful to work with, and the yard was spotless when they were done. I would never consider going with anyone else. You shouldn’t either! Bourke will not disappoint!

Bourke did a great job adding period molding and detail to the house as well as painting the exterior. Marcos was super communicative and professional. I could not be happier with the work.
