His communication was fantastic and he made sure that i understood what we were getting and how to stage the work. He cleaned up after all the work that he did. He rang to update arrival times and ensured I was kept in the loop the whole time. When he quoted works he was thorough in his descriptions, options and cost. Making sure to explain it all.The day the works weee done he kept us in the loop about timings for when the electrics would be out, discussed all options and confirmed the placement of lights and power switches.
