I’ve seen many PT’s for different injuries over the years and I learned more from Dr. Kendall in the hour session with him than I have in all of my previous sessions combined! He was VERY through and insightful, he did an amazing job explaining what was causing my lower back pain and what I need to work on mobility wise to prevent the injury in the future! I cannot say enough good things about Chris at Kendall Performance PT. I had split tears in two ligaments in my right ankle and I had been released from physical therapy but was still not 100%. The doctor recommended surgery which would be extremely invasive and was going to include a long recovery with no guarantee I would gain the range of motion I was looking for. Chris did a thorough evaluation and designed weekly plans based on my progress. I saw improvement after only a few sessions and within 5 months I was able to hike Adirondack high peaks without pain. Since then Chris has identified and addressed some other weaknesses and areas of compensation that were causing intermittent pain. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and dedicated to providing a positive and valuable experience.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Kendall after thinking that I wouldn't be able to continue in powerlifting after a back injury. Since he is located right within Kenmore Barbell and Fitness, it was easy and convenient to schedule an appointment around my normal training hours. Dr. Kendall saw me for an evaluation, listened to and addressed all of my concerns, prescribed the appropriate exercises, AND followed up with me after the appointment to check in and answer questions in-person and through his client portal. The entire process was extremely professional. I was back to lifting and preparing for a powerlifting meet that same week! I would recommend Dr. Kendall to anyone that is serious about their rehab process and wants to get back to performing at their highest level!

I wanted to be able to golf a couple times a week but would struggle with pain/tightness after just 18 holes. After consulting with Dr. Kendall I’m able to play multiple times a week with little to no pain/tightness! Not only am I having an easier time getting through a round but I’ve noticed a difference with my ability to swing a club with a little more ease and speed. Highly recommend!

Chris is the most thorough and intelligent PT I have ever worked with. I had been dealing with a bad hip injury for months, and after (literally) 1 session I was feeling so much better and more confident that I could improve and wouldn’t be “injured forever”. My lifts have improved significantly, and I haven’t felt any pain since I stepped out of his office. I highly recommend Kendall Performance PT for any of your aches and pains (no matter how major/minor), or even just to improve mechanics and form while lifting. You won’t find another PT that is as helpful and thorough as Dr. Kendall (ESPECIALLY if you’re an athlete!!!!).

After damaging major tendons and ligaments in my ankle and doing standard physical therapy, I was still having trouble getting 100% back to the activities I had been doing prior to the injury. I was looking for someone who would specifically address my physical needs and goals. Chris provided a thorough evaluation, explaining each initial test and the results. After only two visits with Dr. Kendall, I’ve played three rounds of golf with less pain in my lower back each time. I’ve been following the stretching/exercise plan he provided me and it’s helped me tremendously when it comes to my mobility and keeping my muscles loose.
