I had an issue related to plumbing. Roberto referred a plumber. The plumber corrected my issue quickly. I was very pleased that Roberto didn't leave me without an option.

Thank you for installing floors in my room. Your time and perfection doesn’t go unnoticed. We agreed on continuing this floor through out the whole basement and I cannot be more excited! Thank you for what you do!

Ruperto and his team did a fantastic job! We recently had our floors repaired, which required our carpet to be pulled up. Ruperto carefully removed the carpet and reinstalled it once the flooring work was completed. The carpet looks brand new! His team was professional, thorough, and did excellent work. We are extremely happy with the finished product.

I've used New Flooring LLC on multiple properties for carpet replacement, tile, and LVP. Ruperto and his crew do great work.

We've gone through Ruperto for carpet replacement on the stairs and flooring replacement in two rooms. Great job each time! Will go through him again when we replace our kitchen flooring too.

We hired Ruperto and his crew to install carpet and hard wood floors throughout our entire house. They did such a professional job, it looks beautiful. In a timely manner and reasonably priced. We couldn't be happier on how it all looks. We've already received many compliments.
