Me and my elderly parents moved into a new house to escape an apartment that had roaches. Although we were as careful as possible, some came with us and took up in the kitchen. I called Desert Shield right away and Eric came the same day I called. He was very thorough and super knowledgeable when he investigated the house and gave me a very fair price. He even sprayed and set up traps that day. He gave three more follow ups, knew where they were coming from and completely eliminated the problem within 6 weeks. Amazing company and owner, he saved my anxiety. Don't go with anyone else but Desert Shield.
