Public Review – 3-Month Private Dog Training Course (£480 total | £160 per month | £80 per hour)I would like to share my honest experience in a respectful and constructive way.The course was a 3-month private training package costing £480 in total, which equals £160 per month for 2 hours of training, or £80 per hour. For me, £80 per hour is a significant amount of money, so my expectations regarding professionalism, punctuality, and consistency were naturally high.At the beginning, the trainer was attentive and the sessions felt focused and helpful. However, after the first month, it felt as though very little new guidance or structured training was being provided. The sessions became less engaging and did not feel as productive as they initially were.Additionally, the trainer often arrived about 15 minutes late and finished approximately 15 minutes early. Many sessions felt rushed, especially when another client was booked immediately afterwards.After speaking with other clients who attended the same course, many shared similar concerns about time being consistently shortened. Knowing that others had the same experience was disappointing.When paying £80 per hour, I believe it is reasonable to expect a full, dedicated hour of training, consistent effort, and professional guidance throughout the course. Unfortunately, that was not always reflected in my experience.Before booking, I would encourage others to think carefully. Paying this price does not guarantee that your dog will improve, and the quality and consistency of the sessions may not always match the cost.I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as professionalism, preparation, punctuality, and genuine commitment are especially important at this price point.

Completed my 3 month training programme to help with my adolescent spaniel and create a calmer house for my other dog. Kate has been amazing throughout, so down to earth and really listens and understands. Sessions have been fun without being overwhelming. The focus is on the positive all the time, training me as well as my puppy, and has built our confidence. Support is on hand in between sessions as well. Will definitely be booking more training in the future and can't recommend enough. 🥰

I would highly recommend, we started with 1-2-1 training sessions with Kate for our silver lab puppy and Beau absolutely loves her. He has learned so many new things and he is doing really well. We are now half way through the puppy classes with Kate and Jess and we will be signing up for the off lead workshop. I cannot rate them both enough of we have any questions Kate is happy to answer even if it's just a chat at the end of the session about all our labs (so great to get the advice of what they went through with the same breed). Absolutely love Kate and cannot thank her enough she is great at what she does and she loves each dog like her own. The most challenging part of the sessions is to get Beau to not want to go and get his cuddles! Xx. This was Beau after one of the sessions absolutely nakerd!

Kate has helped me regain my confidence which was sadly lost. With her very caring mannor, she was able to gently guide me the right way.Kate was very professional and also a very good supporting side.The training is done very slowly and your dogs pace, and she makes sure you understand.I have gained more knowledge about my dogs , which I didn't before.Kate is a brilliant Trainer, and caring Lady. I wouldn't hesitate recommending her.

Kate is an absolutely fantastic trainer, she has so much knowledge and is such an empathetic person to work with too! Couldn't ask for better - if you want a trainer who will help you and your dog have the best relationship then Kate is the trainer for you!
