I started working with X after my last trainer wasn’t able to train me anymore. Working with him made me excited to work out. Never knew what we were going to do. Lots of variety during or workouts which is very important to me as I do get bored pretty quickly. Nice to talk to during workouts so it doesn’t feel like just a business relationship. And of course I saw results— the physical yes and strength yes but more importantly for me is the confidence. He was very encouraging and shut it down any time I tried to say things that weren’t self encouraging. Overall, great experience.

I have not gone to a gym in about 20yrs. I decided to start with a trainer to help me get started to make me a little be healthier. Xavier was my trainer. He motived me to keep on going, helped me loose some weight, helped me tone my body , showed me how to use these machines and the free weights to bettter myself. He made it simple and enjoyable. I lost about 10% body fat, gained some strength and made my doctor happy since my labs were coming out great. I would highly recommend Xavier as your trainer. I am 60 years (young)?

Xavier is an exceptional trainer! I’m an introvert and struggle with being around new people. Xavier made me feel comfortable from day one and helped me focus on my workouts. He knows how to pull the most and best out of you, challenges you in a motivating way and always makes the sessions fun. He has a positive energy and aura which is such a great compliment to his sessions. Therapeutic!!
