Our solar roof panels started leaking - called Hop to It Plumbing.Jasmine was great to deal with - arranged for Marius to attend late that day. The roof panels were bypassed so we could keep using until the new system arrived. Marius returned to install on day promised. Ended up a bit more complicated to install due to our site but this was handled with no fuss. Took a bit longer and Ryan turned up late in the day to get the job finished that night. Both the lads worked into the dark to get done - no complaints just got it sorted. Thanks for the excellent service & workmanship.

Ryan listens to what you ask for and delivers, in my case a complete removal of the old gutters on my highset home, full colorbond replacement, fascia covers and leaf guard. We'd been dealing with roof leaks for quite a while, and we'd already had a few different roofers come out to try and fix them. Unfortunately, no one could actually find the source of the problem, so the leaks just kept coming back.When Ryan came out, it was a completely different experience. He took the time to properly inspect the roof, identified the real cause of the leaks, and fixed it right the first time. You could tell he really knew what he was doing.The quality of his workmanship was outstanding, and everything was completed to a very high standard. I had a fantastic experience with this plumbing company. Ryan was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the problem by accessing the roof cavity. Other quotes I received did not do that. He replaced my leaking valley gutter, resecured the roof sheets with new screws, replaced a mismatched roof sheet, and installed new skylights. His workmanship was excellent, and he was always friendly, helpful, and punctual. Jazmine was also wonderful to deal with, her communication was excellent, especially with unpredictable weather, and she was always happy to rearrange appointments around my school drop-offs. I really appreciated the great service and would highly recommend them!

Our solar hot water system died over the weekend in Rochedale South. I live in the Mt Gravatt area and googled local plumbers. I rang Hop To It Plumbing and spoke with Jazmine. After hearing my issues and concerns with the impending bad weather, I am sure Jazmine moved their schedule around to get someone to me on Saturday. I had 2 issues both with my toilet, one with the cistern and the other was the ventilation pipe. About hour later received a text advising that they could have someone to me Friday morning. Marius arrived on time and kept he informed all the way through both jobs and left my place the way he found it, I even had the boss (Ryan) ring and explain a couple of things.I could not have been more happy with Marius for his performance and Jazmine, and Ryan for their professionalism and willingness to assist. I will definitely be using Hop To It Plumbing again and highly recommend them.
