I worked with Sally Foley-Lewis this year through a one-on-one leadership coaching program, alongside a DISC profiling workshop she ran for our wider team. I came in with a basic idea of DISC and left with a much deeper understanding of my own style, how it lands with others, and how to adjust it depending on who I’m working with.What stood out most was how engaged Sally was the whole way through. Our coaching sessions were practical and honest, and she made it easy to talk openly about the real challenges of leading a team. Fantastic presentation and delivery! The burger is the perfect analogy for Middle Managers as they are the best bit of any organisation and usually being distracted by opposing forces.
