Damien Forrester was very professional and his communication was extremely clear, responsive and timely. He made what could have been a very difficult process and made it much less stressful and seemless. Moving from another state is not easy as you are unfamilar with your sourrounding but not only was Damien there from a realtor perpective. He was a fountian of local knowledge from places to get things taken care of around the house. To where to eat and explore the city. Damien truly makes you feel like a friend or relative which in today's world is a trait that is hard to find but is much appreciated.

Damian is easily one of the best realtor's in Montana. Well-connected, efficient, and willing to go the distance for his clients.

Damian and team were AMAZING!! My husband and I just purchased our first home and Damian helped us through the entire process, explaining everything throughly and in an understandable way so we felt confident. We also were able to close early in 21 days!

I can't say enough about Damian. He stayed on top of things, walked me through the process, broke things down to explain them to me, provided timelines for things to happen, met inspector and appraiser at the house since I was unable to be present and communicated from the initial offer through closing. We're still in communication and he's always available for any questions I have.

Amazing to work with. Damian will go the extra mile to help and insure you find the right house you are looking for. His expertise and service dose not end after the sale is finished he continues to help even afterwards. With our home purchase was a task because we were living in Texas and buying sight unseen. Damian was always willing to go the extra mile and go and video conference with us to show us houses we were interested in. If he could not video conference due cell service he would make videos and then text or email them to us to look at.His knowledge of the market and of the areas we were looking at was extremely helpful and valuable in making our final decision. If you are looking to purchase a home, house, or property I would definitely call Damian Forrester at EXP realty.

Damian was amazing from the start! He pays attention, genuinely tags along on your journey like he’s part of the team, and works with your personal needs. My wife calls it realtor etiquette and we both agree that Damian has it in abundance! My kids are 3 and 4 and were excited to see him every time we met to see a house. His ability to make the most of your time through scheduling and communication with other realtors was fantastic. He kept in touch every step of the way, and was crazy fast in response times and recommendations. Always polite, always prompt, and seemed genuinely excited for our victories along the way.10/10 would choose him again if I ever need another house. This is my 25th house in 46 years, and was easily the best experience I’ve had.
