I don’t know if I’ve ever listened to someone be more unprofessional or disrespectful. Was told I’d get a quote for my son’s transmission repair weeks ago. Never did. I called one last time to catch him before end of day. Instead of a quote he went off about how he has to clean toilets and he is a one man band. I don’t know if that was supposed to impress me or what. If he fixes cars like he treats customers I would stay away. Will be finding someone who actually wants more business.

I was told by another mechanic that my vehicle had a blown head gasket and that's why it it was overheating. Not only was Perryman Auto able to get my car in quicker than most others mechanics, but he quickly found out that it wasn't a head gasket issue. He found the real problem and was completely honest with his work. He ended up saving me $2500 by being open and honest with me! I will definitely be coming back whenever i have any future car problems

So far so good. I had a vehicle with a check engine light on. They replaced the catalytic converter and O2 sensors. After the job was complete I took it to a Jiffy Lube and it passed emissions. They told me I have a 5 year warranty on the new cat.

I am a first time car owner, and a woman in her 20s. Getting car maintenance can be very intimidating due to my limited knowledge and because there are so many women who feel that "car guys" treat them like they are dumb. Overall I had a great experience with perryman and his whole team. The in shop and mobile option is great for convenience. The pricing is reasonable plus the ability to get maintenance done by a small business is a better feel than big corporations. I was able to get my check engine light cleared with two visits and was also made aware of a nail in my tire and other general stats on my car. Overall I would really recommend this shop and will be returning when my car has issues again. (And I have now learned that chevy cruze have a terrible reputation for causing issues so I probably will be back lol)
