I was never a gym person and honestly not great at fitness, but after losing my dog I wanted something just for me. I started with the 4 week trial thinking it would be short term, fast forward 23 months and I still love it.I go 3 times a week early mornings and genuinely look forward to it (even after holidays). I feel stronger…… and have even gained a bicep!You don’t need to know what you are doing or have the latest gym gear, and you don’t have to plan your workouts (which I love). It’s the one thing in my life I don’t have to organise, I just book and show up. If you have an injury / ache the workouts are easily adapted. Steve is great at organising extra socials too, either charity event, walk, run or health talk! Nudge are great at really looking after you and actually know what works….not just the latest trend 😊The PTs are amazing and the people really do become friends. It’s such a supportive, non-judgemental environment where everyone encourages each other. One of the best things I have done for myself 😍
