Steve guided me through the entire process, providing clear information and answering all my questions, even though, like many, I didn’t have much knowledge about roofing before. He explained each step, the differences, and the types of shingles, making everything easy to understand. Not only was their service outstanding, but the speed and efficiency of the work were impressive. I also had issues with squirrels, and Steve helped me resolve them, explaining everything along the way. The team was super fast and kept everything clean. They were responsive in putting a tarp on my roof while it rained, and promptly submitted a permit to get my flat roof replaced. I really appreciate their quick response! Steve referred Lucas to me, who was very helpful and acted as quickly as he could to get tarps on to keep out the water!
