The sales guy (Danny) was friendly and informative of the process. He answered the phone when you called, and provide the information you asked for. The construction team (Steve) provided the information and requirements to get my roof done in my HOA. They all showed up when they said they would and finished in a timely manner. Steve and team did a great job. Steve demonstrated what being an excellent contractor is, which is when something goes wrong he fixes it. Most contractors can pull off a good job but falter when anything minor goes wrong. The best ones ensure that that job is done right and all issues are handled in a timely manner. Brian Parsley and his team were remarkable. From handling the insurance company to doing the job. They showed up an hour before dawn dropped the tarps and got finished in one day. I cannot recommend them enough!!!
