I had severe pain in my right forearm when I first consulted Compass Physio Kilcock. My reasons for highly recommending them are:I received an appointment without delay.The Physio who treated me.diagnosed the cause very quickly and gave me simple and clear instructions on the exercises that would help.After a week of these exercises the pain had receded considerably.On my second visit the Physio added some further exercises to the treatment plan as well as giving a deep massage to my neck and shoulders which was the source of the pain ie tightened nerves at the base of my neck.Within a further week the pain had gone completely and there has been no recurrence.I found the whole experience professional, efficient and completely effective and the Physio very pleasant and sympathetic.
