I would highly recommend Ellis Heating and Air to anyone who needs HVAC support. I’ve used a few of the larger Heating and Air companies in the past and wanted to try a smaller business. I found Adam’s information on a local neighborhood Facebook page and decided to give him a call, I’m really glad we did.Our heater was failing during a very cold spell, I called Adam and he came that day to check it out. He spent about an hour assessing the situation and was able to bandaid the issue and get it to work. Our unit was 16 years old and at the end of its useful life. He gave us really good advice, stating he could fix it but it will cost a couple thousand dollars but something else could easily fail in the near future due to the age, costing more money. His recommendation was to replace it. I truly felt he wasn’t trying to upsell us, he was really trying to do what was best for us. He didn’t pressure us at all nor did he charge us for his two visits to get our existing unit to work and get us through the Thanksgiving Holiday until we could get it replaced.Once we decided to replace the unit he guided us through some great financing options with low interest rates. The day of replacement his team was prompt, very professional and did an excellent job, going above and beyond. He handled all the paperwork, permit fees, inspections, etc. He made it as painless as possible for us. Lastly, he didn’t try to sell us a maintenance plan that a lot of the larger companies try to do. I will absolutely be using Ellis Heating and Air in the future and would recommend them to all our friends and family. 10/10, 5 ⭐️
