I was originally charged, but that was rescinded after communication. This was the right thing to do & I appreciated that. I wll call them for any future electrical needs.

Have hired McKenzie Electric on 2 separate occasions now. Service has been prompt, professional with a reasonable fee. Recently, an electrician repaired a faulty circuit and, to avoid future problems, adjusted other circuits that were working but not correctly connected at the electrical panel.Highly recommend this company.

We recently contacted McKenzie Electric regarding a problem with our breaker panel. They responded promptly and their technician was able to quickly resolve the problem. We were concerned about the age of the original panel and discussed replacing it. We decided to replace it and we were given a very fair price, having replaced one years ago in a previous house. They coordinated everything and we in no time had a new panel installed with no problems or hassles, the technician even went and labeled all the breakers for us before leaving. McKenzie Electric responded promptly to my problem that required quite a bit of troubleshooting. I was really impressed with the electrician that came to my house ( I am sorry I forgot name).
