Absolutely killed it on the wrap on my vehicle! Nothing but professionalism from Gabriel’s end! Made me fall in love with my vehicle all over again

In October 2021, I hired Legendary Wrapz to wrap portions of my brand-new 2021 vehicle (roof, pillars, mirrors, spoiler, and chrome delete).Shortly after installation, the roof began bubbling and I noticed cut marks on the rubber and plastic trim. When I returned for the roof to be rewrapped in December of 2021, I was informed that damage had occurred during the process. I immediately requested compensation for the damage, but no agreement was ever made and my request was never formally acknowledged or confirmed.I also requested before-and-after photos but was never provided any documentation, even after being told my vehicle was taken to 2 body shops for repairs.Upon picking up my vehicle from his house, I was assured everything had been properly fixed as he points out the roof area (where he stated the damaged occurred) only after repairs and rewrapping were already done. Since I couldn’t visibly see anything because it was wrapped, I assumed that everything was back to its original condition. He then gave me a hand written letter and his business card with “30%” written on it, stating if I ever want to return to get a wrap job from him he will offer me a 30% discount.However, in February 2026, after removing the wrap myself, I discovered that the A-to-C pillar had been heavily sanded and primed but never repainted – it was simply wrapped over without my knowledge or approval and I was never given options on how to move forward.The cut marks were never fully corrected, and the overall installation of the wrap job was not up to professional standards.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. He is not taking full accountability for the damage he/his team caused as he states “Accidents Happen” and I’m left paying for repairs out of pocket.Please document your vehicle thoroughly and get everything in writing before moving forward with any wrap services especially if you still decide to go with Legendary Wrapz/ Gabriel in the 209/ Ceres, Ca.

Gabriel completed a wrap of my 2014 Ford Fusion which looks awesome. He did that while installing a new grille, headlight and tail lights to give my car a whole new look. He delivered a great finished product, on time and at a fair, reasonable price and for the icing on the cake, delivered it to my house from his shop. I highly recommend Gabriel at Legendary Wrapz!
