Hi everyone, I want to share my experience with Eraka to help others make informed decisions. I hired and paid her back in March, and although she initially assured me she was on top of my case, her communication became inconsistent, and I eventually stopped hearing from her. In August, she informed me that she had been in an accident, which explained her lack of attention to my case, though I wasn’t informed of this earlier. To protect yourself, I highly recommend checking her name on the Texas Bar site and doing thorough research to ensure you're hiring the right attorney for your needs. A detail I discovered later is that her real last name is Watson, but she is currently going by Childs. I gave her multiple chances, but ultimately, I felt that my case was not taken seriously. Additionally, after posting a previous review, I was contacted multiple times by her assistants, who asked me to remove the review, claiming it would reflect poorly on me. This made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. Please do your due diligence when selecting a lawyer to represent you. My experience with Eraka was not what I had hoped for, and I encourage others to thoroughly research before making a decision.
