I would stay away from this storage facility. At one of the hardest points in my life, I got behind in my payment. They called me and angrily threatened to take my stuff if I did not pay up by the next day. I borrowed some money and paid up what they said I had to pay. Karren was outstanding. We had a logistically complex multiple step move and she gave us great advice and recommended flexible solutions and then delivered on all her promises. Rates were reasonable, access flexibility was great and it was stress free dealing with someone so friendly. She is quick with responses and she’s always upfront with information, pricing, and I never once worried about my stuff in the unit with the cameras and newly updated gates. The layout is terrible with post earthquake like lanes and it's pretty expensive compared to some of the climate controlled storage businesses off the boulevard. The owner was nice though and all my stuff was intact at the end of my use.... More
