One word...AMAZING!!This was my first Thai Motion Therapy session. I was really looking forward to it. I've been seeing chiropractors and using therapeutic massage for many years, but at 50 years old I'm still just mildly flexible (I don't do much to help with that). The continuous stretching in this session was just what I needed. Next time I will book a 90 minute session to get more benefit from it.I told my wife this was the best massage I have ever had! I highly recommend this to anyone! Tracey did an amazing job!
