You feel so energetic, so relaxed and just so refreshed . You feel like you can run a marathon!In addition to all of that, I can't say enough about Lara. One word...AMAZING!!This was my first Thai Motion Therapy session. I was really looking forward to it. I've been seeing chiropractors and using therapeutic massage for many years, but at 50 years old I'm still just mildly flexible (I don't do much to help with that). The continuous stretching in this session was just what I needed. Next time I will book a 90 minute session to get more benefit from it.I told my wife this was the best massage I have ever had! I had my first ever Thai massage with Lara today and it was an amazing experience. The ambiance set the tone for the entire experience. It was quiet and low lighting and a very cozy temperature. The deep yet gentle stretching was such a relief to my body and I left feeling like a million dollars afterward.
