I had a water loss in my condo and Vigilant came out and did the mitigation and then also did the build back. They helped me make all the selections even though I was a couple hundred miles away and they sent me consistent photos and kept me updated every day. I’ve had guests check-in and compliment all the work that’s been done. There was one minor issue with the toilet and they came back out the next day and fixed it. Very happy with their work and would recommend them and use them again.

Due to an air conditioner issue, I had a leak in the primary bedroom on a Saturday morning. The rugs were saturated and there was water behind the walls. I called Vigilant Restoration. They had an an employee there within an hour. Everyone at Vigilant was courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. The owner gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him at any time. I have never written a review for a company before. However, these people were so much more than I ever expected, I felt I had to share their spectacular service.
