This is the second time we used Vigilant. The first was a remediation of a serious water leak. Their work was prompt, complete, quality and throughout they kept in communication to assure our satisfaction.Yesterday we had our final walk through on a remodeling of our kitchen and several other areas of our condo. First, they suggested a design that expanded and modernized our kitchen. Second, the design reallocated floor space to our unit seem much more spacious.The finished job is high quality and their team throughout provide quality recommendations, products and workmanship at a reasonable price.I HIGHLY recommend the Vigilant team for all your remodeling and remediation needs.

Great company. I had water damage in both of my bathrooms in my condo from a water leak from upstairs. Vigilant came highly recommended. They responded quickly and the water damage was repaired and my full bath was remodeled. Ken was a great and kept me in the loop with phone calls and pictures of the work. I couldn't be there due to living in Florida. Thank you guys for making this experience easy.

Justin from Vigilant came to our house at 10:30 pm to assess water damage in our home. He scheduled mitigation work for early the next day which was completed by 11:30 am. My wife and I were able to fly to Chicago without changing our itinerary. Great customer service!
