let me tell you, that food slapped- just get it, you'll be happy you did. Visited from out of town ( Detroit ) and found this place on a whim. We got the wings, greens, mac and cheese, chopped chicken sandwich and banana pudding - We ate everything and wanted to go back for another round haha , plus the staff was wonderful!

I had a beautiful experience yesterday! They were so nice and welcoming. I am visiting from Michigan. I normally a hard critique on food but this was truly a 10/10. I wish they were in Michigan. Portion size was perfect I was full and I am a big girl.

First time into Cleveland and Google recommended Comfort for "local vibe". THANK YOU! I don't think I would've found this place and would be lesser for it. Loved the vibe. The staff were passionate, friendly, and very welcoming. They were extremely helpful as well, providing guidance on dishes and suggestions.I ordered a half-dozen of their wings in their "standard" sauce as well as their collard greens. After a short wait (fair warning, they are making them fresh, so they won't be instantly available), I was provided with the best wings I've ever had. The whole wings were hot, crispy, and delicious. The breading was well seasoned and evenly covering every bite. I requested the sauce to be on the wings. Every bite was covered and there was a generous amount of sauce left in the bottom for extra dipping. Their standard sauce has a sweet-heat profile which isn't overwhelming in either direction even having a little bit of a vinegary touch to not be too sticky. The collards were awesome as well, well seasoned without being overly oily/fatty. Needless to say, I loved every bite and wish I had more room in my stomach for more. It didn't hurt that I lucked into the place on $1 wing Wednesdays. This made the already great value outstanding! Will definitely be looking for this place on my next trip!

It was my first time here. I started a new job at the VA and saw Comfort CLE was close so decided to check it out for my lunch break. The woman who helped me, Radwa, was welcoming and helpful. The food was ready quickly and reasonably priced. I had the wings with their house sauce, mac-n-cheese, and collard greens. She even threw in a banana pudding for me to try. All of the food tasted fresh and delicious. You can tell they put a lot of care into their food. I will be back.
