Food was amazing. Definitely comfort soul food. The wings, collard greens and ginger aid are a great way to go. The service was friendly and loved the environment.

I am so sad. Because I'm a visitor to Cleveland & I don't have Comfort CLE & Jeremy McBryde at home, literally 499 miles away! Stopped in today on the strength of the positive reviews online & was totally blown away!! Jeremy greeted us when we walked in, so warmly that I immediately felt right at home! We were talking, joshing & joking while we ordered our food; I asked him what on earth were collard greens doing on the menu up here in the North cos I'm from Virginia & I know my greens! Let me tell you folks here in Cleveland a little secret, don't y'all sleep on this one, you hear me?! I have never had such an amazing experience as I had there today! The food is out of this world! Fresh, so flavorful, & there must be some kinda magic going on in his kitchen because I've never had wings tasted like that before! The collards were literally the best I've ever had, the yams were, as well. I got a ginger mint ade type drink that was superlative & deserves its' own review! My friend had the mac n cheese as her side & the strawberry lemonade, & she couldn't stop talking about her meal. There was a sweet lil corn muffin with our meals & Jeremy's own sauce, sweet n spicy enough so that it was perfect!! The restaurant is as unique as the food - it's an homage to all things Cleveland, the best of Cleveland, & believe me when I tell you that that's exactly where Jeremy belongs! He has an incredible vibe, a wonderful smile, & a personality made for sharing. It's clear that he loves what he does. I got a big hug when I left, & drove off feeling like I had made a friend. I chatted with a couple other customers in the place & we all agreed how amazing the food, and the Chef, is! How am I supposed to go back home & not get more of his stellar cooking? Looks like I'ma have to make another visit to Cleveland!! It was a wonderful experience, in a beautiful city, & it left both my heart (& my belly!!) full. Y'all go eat there, okay?

Happened upon this spot, and it’s bomb. The food is great, the service was super sweet, and you can feel the vibe of the community all throughout. Also, it’s halal so more accessible for more people too!

This place came highly recommended by our cousins, so when we found ourselves in the area, we decided to check it out.We ordered chicken wings & waffles with a side of yams. The food was freshly prepared and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back!
