Locking myself out was a real bummer however Liam from Ramsay & Sons was with me and picking the lock within half an hour of my call. He was quick, efficient, helpful and kind. I appreciate the service that I got in a very stressful time of being locked out of my house. I asked him to fix my door handle as it was loose and a bit broken and needed replacing. He did it then and there and was quick. A great service. A+

Needed some fairly urgent work done on our commercial site. Struggled to get help from other companies, whereas Lachlan was great to deal with on the phone, email and in person. Arrived exactly when he said he would and did a great job, not overselling what we didn't need. Would highly recommend Swan Lock Service and will be our "go to" in the future.
