The maverick Accelerator was a game changer for me. I was at a stage of frustration, feeling I was losing my true self in my work place. Feeling I wasn't expressing my true passion of service excellence. The report showed me, this was coming from a place of adaption I wasn't flowing in alignment with my true self. After completing the assessment and Claire's feedback and support I've been able to make changes in my communication style and how I respond to situation in the work place and also my personal life. This is an ongoing journey, being aware of what triggers me and how to stay grounded and responding from a place that flows from within. Eye opening, life changing, insightful.These are some of the terms I’d use to describe the Maverick Accelerator and Claire who has been so hands on and easy to approach throughout this process. Both have been a guiding light.I would highly recommend this to my fellow friends and family looking to better yourself in all aspects of your life and wellbeing.Keep in mind this course is a challenge that I found brought me back to my core values and really made me look deep within myself and slowly but surely working through the program has helped me grow. I recently completed a course with Maverick Accelerator, and it has been an eye-opening and transformative experience!One of the highlights was a comprehensive brain profiling exercise that helped me understand my unique modes of processing and thinking. It was fascinating to see how my approach differs when I'm at work versus at home, and I was surprised to learn that I am an ambivert (a term I had never even heard of before!).The exercise also revealed insights into how I tend to adapt outside my natural strengths and gave me a detailed emotional tone graph that measured my general emotional state—from negative to enthusiastic.When I started the course, I felt depleted and defeated, especially as I approach my 60th birthday, and I struggled with the idea that I might have passed my "sell-by date."
