I had a mishap with a cart corral in my grocery store, parking lot, which resulted in my bumper being torn off. A kind customer put it on well enough so I could drive it a short distance. Piperformance was highly recommended by family members, so I called them. Linwood said he could look at it right away. He called two days later, saying it was ready. He was able to salvage the bumper and only had to order a few small parts, which made me happy since we weren’t filing an insurance claim.

Amazing place. Friendly and accommodating staff. Helpful and kind. They didn't even charge me!! I called last minute and made an appointment for the same day to have an estimate done because my car was keyed. I had already received another estimate from another body shop for $1600. Amy, at Piperformance, came out and looked at the damage. She thought it could be buffed out but also explained that if it couldn't be buffed out, all that would go into making the repair. A technician came out and was indeed able to buff it out. The expensive repair was not called for and they did not even charge me for what they did. I would recommend this shop to any and everyone!

The staff are wonderful, personable and professional. Even though they couldn’t fixed my car due to it being completely totaled they are very honest with their professional opinion. I will miss my Lexus that’s for sure.

Used piperformance for a very difficult rear end collision on our 2002 lexus with metallic deep garnet paint. Was warned repeatedly throughout search process for a garage and insurance company that the car will never be right because of the lexus color, painting process and age. Piperformance absolutely nailed the repairs and the paint. Even a year out, the repairs and paint are dead on. Prices are competitive and work was meticulous. Shop is very busy, worth the wait. Exceeded expectation.
