Firstly I’d like to say the PRODUCT is a 5 star. It really is the best available in Perth and I am very happy with it. BUT their customer service is AWFUL. Terrible communication, rude email replies when you’re trying to find out details. And worst of all, once the job was complete I first seen the finished product on their Instagram post. No phone call or email to say they were going down, come and see it. I seen it first on their Instagram. And 2 weeks later, I’ve still not heard off Marine flooring to say the job is complete. Unbelievable. Typical customer service in Perth at the moment, everything’s expensive and they treat you like they don’t need you.
