This was a decision that has built a foundation for my life to grow sturdy. The sessions I've had, have helped me tap into parts of my heart and brain that I have built walls around. They have since fallen and crumbled so that my life can flourish and grow into something so incredible. Jeff gives me the tools and shows me that I can build myself back into the man that I've always wanted to be. He has me find the answers, he starts the idea and has me find the answer. It's an on going process of bettering yourself, 1% at a time. When I feel like I'm failing at anytime of the day, I think back to the acronym that he has shared with me of the word fail. We are all going to fail, but that's beauty of this life we all live. I enjoy a great challenge, and he has made it worth praising a good failure. It means you get the opportunity to learn and become the best possible you. There's always more than one way to make cookies, you can always make them better or worse, it just depends on how you bounce back. You don't have to be alone to find greatness and if you allow yourself to accept the help, you can bounce back even stronger.

I met Jeff through a Christian men’s group I joined last year. Since that initial meeting, not only has he helped me grow and coached me through one of the most difficult years of my life, but we have become good friends.
