I signed up with them five months ago, hoping to improve my credit score and address some negative items on my credit report. However, my experience with this company has been nothing short of a scam. From the very beginning, I was promised significant progress in terms of deletions and improvements to my credit report. Unfortunately, after five months of being a paying customer, I have seen absolutely no progress whatsoever. The lack of results is not only frustrating but also raises serious doubts about the effectiveness and legitimacy of their services. What's even more concerning is the complete lack of communication and responsiveness from the company. Whenever I attempted to contact them to discuss the lack of progress or seek clarification on certain matters, I received no response. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and not receive any form of support or assistance when needed. To make matters worse, whenever a scheduled call or appointment was set, I would receive a last-minute text message canceling the meeting. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for their customers' time and commitment. It is simply not acceptable to cancel appointments without any prior notice or explanation. To add insult to injury, my membership with Lavish Credit Solutions was abruptly terminated without any discussion or explanation. This sudden termination without any prior communication is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to me as a customer. Stephanie and her team are amazing! I started off with a credit score of 545 with them and now my credit score is currently at 745. Because of this I was able to get a Loan for my business and acquire a brand new lease for a building space that I wouldn't have been able to get otherwise. If you are a neat freak and like to track everything. You're in luck. They have a really neat interface where you can log on and track the progress of your letters and see which negative marks are being dropped from your credit score and what not.
