I am very satisfied with the system installed. That second battery is the X factor. I’m glad we opted for it. The First electric bill of a full month of using the batteries was significantly less than the previous month and same month last year.In February, the system averaged around 95 to 97% energy independence. Energy offset was generally around 175% to 185% / day. The system is producing plenty to start moving some of the gas appliances over to electric. Interestingly enough when we can see how much energy we are using with the app, we tend to turn off more lights.The installation crews were all knowledgeable, respectful, patient and polite. They took the time to answer my many questions. The time on the job site was non-intrusive. The job-site was left clean and tidy.Jose was amazing to work with. He was able to guide us to the right size system, with the right size storage capacity, for now and expansion. During the connection process, Jose was available to put my impatience to rest, as his team keep pushing for third parties to fulfill their parts of the process. Sol Purpose provided constant contact throughout the connection.Great experience. Great Customer service. I am able to 100% recommend Sol Purpose.Sol Purpose Energy did what they said they were going to do. They did it very well. So well, from the street, one can hardly tell there’s panels on the roof.
