Joined after going on a 3 month gym hiatus and Justin and Jermail got me right back into the groove. If you want a workout tailored to you and your body’s functional health - this is the place to be. Workouts are 45 to an hour with all day offerings, so they don’t take up your whole day, and they usually kick my ass afterwards. Highly encourage trying all the workouts available - my favorite is the Applied Strength class which is regarded as their most challenging offering.

I recently joined this gym, and it’s been an awesome experience so far. The classes are challenging, motivating, and a lot of fun. Justin and Jermail are personable and do an excellent job explaining each lift and making sure everyone understands the proper technique. They push you to get better while making every workout enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This is the best decision I ever made for a workout facility. Jermail and Justin are very knowledgeable and are always ready to assist with anything. I get more out of these classes than I did going to a gym. Other than classes, I also have the ability to do open gym and work on anything I want.

Amazing gym. I worked with Justin for private training while I was in high school playing rugby, and it made a huge difference in my development. The training gave me a strong foundation that helped me continue to build and improve over the years. I now play Division I rugby, and I truly believe my experience here played a big role in setting me up for where I am today. I’m really grateful for the impact it had on my athletic journey.
