Awesome gym that I often recommend to friends and family. The gym has classes appropriate from beginners ( intro to functional fitness) to people who have been working out for years (advanced classes that include Olympic weightlifting movement). In addition to their gym offerings, what makes this gym special is the community. The gym is family-owned and Jermail and Justin know how to keep everyone motivated.I was a member for years when I lived in Cleveland full-time and can’t wait to go back soon.

The best gym in Cleveland! As a member, I have achieved goals that I thought were impossible. Great trainers who will tell you 'good job' and also call you out when you are slacking off. This is the place where you’ll quickly learn to check your ego at the door. Overall, they are solid brothers you can talk to about everyday stuff, ranging from fitness to current events!

I just started going to FFASC about a month ago, and it has been an amazing experience! The variety of classes is fantastic and offers something for everyone.What really sets FFASC apart is the coaching. Justin and Jermail do an incredible job explaining not only what we’re doing, but why we’re doing it. That extra level of instruction has helped me feel more confident and knowledgeable in my workouts.Everyone has been so welcoming, and I’m so glad I found FFASC. I would highly recommend!

Joined after going on a 3 month gym hiatus and Justin and Jermail got me right back into the groove. If you want a workout tailored to you and your body’s functional health - this is the place to be. Workouts are 45 to an hour with all day offerings, so they don’t take up your whole day, and they usually kick my ass afterwards. Highly encourage trying all the workouts available - my favorite is the Applied Strength class which is regarded as their most challenging offering.

I recently joined this gym, and it’s been an awesome experience so far. The classes are challenging, motivating, and a lot of fun. Justin and Jermail are personable and do an excellent job explaining each lift and making sure everyone understands the proper technique. They push you to get better while making every workout enjoyable. Highly recommend!
