Great experience with Isaiah. I've sold many homes the traditional way. My circumstances at the time weren't favorable to doing a traditional sale so I tried the cash offer. He came in with the highest and a fair offer. He was great at communicating and answering questions. He closed on my timeline and worked with me on getting my personal goods moved and doing a "remote" closing which was quick and easy. It was the least stressful closing ever.
