Turned up the same day and quickly fixed a leak, fitted replacement hose/garden tap. Good communications via WhatsApp. Advised to contact Severn Trent to get external stop tap replaced and that has now been sorted as well. Happy to recommend.

Jack the plumber and team member sorry can't remember his name. Arrived on time they were very polite and even accepted to take on an additional job. They put my mind at ease as I was worried I had a large leak which I didn't thankfully. Jack fitted a new pipe pump and Accessories and the Team member fitted 2 new W/C Valves. The payment process was simple not hidden cost. I was given the manual for the new pump and a demonstration on how to bleed it. I was also given a receipt. Both men were very professional and came out even though it is bank holidays with a heatwave. Would definitely use again and would recommend as first point of contact.
