The interaction with the staff was some of the worst customer service ever experienced. They even said, “do you even want to do the shake? It’s the same as walking 30 minutes.”Also, they called, texted, and emailed over 6 times to confirm attendance and made it sound like I was interrupting their day. They just told me to take my clothes off with no explanation as to why or what was taking place. Take clothes off. Sit there. Lay there. Stand there. It’s quite vulnerable and exposing for such poor communication.Overall. I would never recommend this place. There are plenty of other businesses offering similar so I would say any of them are better than this sad excuse for a business. I would even take a shady alley cat selling knockoff GLP-1s over this place.As a business owner myself, i know you can have some off days, so going out of your way to write a bad review is not something I do, but this was just a disgusting lack of respect for a customer and I don’t wish the discomfort on anyone. Of course, you "will" lose weight if you follow the plan (3 meals of 4 oz protein, 4 oz veggie, and 4 oz fruit) until your body says "your starving me" and they have some "tricks" to get your body started again. In the end, you WILL need self control and, in my opinion, the magic appetite suppressant (placebo) and vitamins and minerals do very little then setup good habits. Note, you "will" lose a lot of weight but I suggest this is not a healthy way to accomplish your goals. The red flag was "don't exercise"! I'm like ... uh, what!!??!? Oh, and the intro video, yes, they have daily videos to spur you on, the intro video is a riot, they have this so called Doctor, looks like he is from the 70's with his shirt unbuttoned, a bit unshaved and his chest showing to much to be professional. Right from the get-go screamed scam! And don't buy the red-light therapy, they won't weigh you after they zap you with the light, only at the end, after you actually lose weight by under eating. I never got my initial interaction with the app coach until after I informed them that i was running low on drops in which I was taking according to the instructions in the booklet. Then I was informed that in order to get a refill of drops I would have to pay the full amount of money again which was a lot of money just for drops. When I said that I was not they eventually gave me drops but was not the same as what I was taking, and my progress declined, and the drops gave me terrible headaches. When I informed them of them issues, they just told me to adjust the drops in which I eventually stop taking them because none of their recommendations worked. I was originally losing wait with the original drops but once I ran out halfway through my progression stopped. For the amount of money, you pay for this program the support and monitoring were not up to standard. Less

The measurements that were taken weekly were never measured in the same place so I started measuring myself at home. Once I discussed my concerns at the office I was treated very coldly. For the "HIGH COST" of the program there was very little communication and no support except communication on the App once I signed up.
