I recently had an appointment for an FCE (Functional Capacity exam) with Ingrid Junker. Wow...what a wonderful experience! I suffer from anxiety and was definitely wound tight before the appointment. Ingrid made this one of the easiest things I have done. Stress free and comfortable from the time she greeted me until it was complete. Excellent job Ingrid thank you for everything.I would definitely recommend Convivio Health Lynnwood. I have been a patient here for over a year now dealing with my medical issues from an on the job injury and they've been helpful with all of my needs What you need for your Labor and Industries claim in one place is convenient to say the least. My primary pt was Melanie and she always brought her knowledge and positive attitude to our sessions. My shoulder is now 100% and I've been applying her teachings to my workouts. I'm confident that I'll set some personal bests in the gym. Everyone I interacted with at Convivio in Renton was pleasant and welcoming. Darlene at the front desk kept my appointments squared away and put up with my jokes. Great experience from what began as a shoulder injury.

After months of physical & occupational therapy my rehab journey was a success. I learned a lot about my body limitations and proper work environment adjustments. This helped me in transitioning and gradually back to my full time duties. My team at Convivio Renton (Tracy, Eloise, Laura, Kristy, Darlene, and Fabio) provided exceptional support, super caring individuals, and constant understanding towards my recovery and healing. They balanced the activities that were fun, needed, and showed me core strengthening. I continue all that I’ve learned at-home therapy and doing well & happy back at work. THANK YOU 🙏🏼

I was a several month patient at convivio. First they actually care about you and your recovery. Second the patience they have is saint like. Third everyone in the clinic makes sure they get to know you. If you're lucky enough to get in at the Renton location go buy a scratch off because lady luck is already on your side. I'm truly grateful for the time I spent in recovery with the Renton team, I'm going to miss coming here several times a week.

I did Occupational therapy with Lori S.Within the first week I knew I was at the right provider to help me get back to work after an injury.The exercises and program she set up for me was excellent. Not only did she help me reach goals for getting work ready by improving my strength. But also a personal goal. I found that to be above and beyond and caring for me as a patient.When I first started I couldn't do certain functions I needed to get back to work. At the end of treatment I was able to climb a ladder, climb up onto something 3 feet high and so much more. Like getting my legs over my motorcycle.They really find great activities to best match my work activity.They have a great team of people activly putting together programs for injuryed people. It was fun to see the other people working towards their goals too.This place needs people to know about what great services they provide.They truly care about healing injured people and getting them back to work.They're just great. And they make it fun.I've now graduated to Work conditioning and work hardening to get my body ready to work a full day.PLEASE PASS THIS INFORMATION ALONG AND/OR REQUEST TO COME HERE.P.S. they have snacks too
