My father-in-law and I went to have dinner and a drink there this evening. I had never been there before, but thought we'd give it a try. We go in and take a table. It wasn't too busy. 4 or 5 people at the bar and 3 people at the gaming machines. Now, my father-in-law is in a wheelchair, so it isn't very easy for him to order from the bar, so we sat at the table and waited, and waited. Finally, when it was apparent that nobody was coming (about 5 minutes) and the bartender looked free, I walked up to the bar. When she acknowledged me and we greeted each other I said, "Would you like us to order up here or at the table?" She replied, "I was just about to come over there. Do you know what you want to drink?" I told her that we didn't know yet, asked for some menus, and went back to the table. We then spent roughly another 5 minutes with the menus. We had everything for our order figured out, but she never came over. Finally she came out from behind the bar and walked toward our table, but very clearly avoided looking at us. When she got within 3' of us she stopped to talk to the guy running the music bingo who was stationed adjacent to our table. When she finished her convo, she slipped right past us to have a cigarette outside. She did her thing out there, and came back in. Again, very purposely avoiding looking at us. Then she went back behind the bar and started chatting with a regular. Clearly not busy. At this point I am fully turned around in my chair waiting for the slightest glance in our direction so I could give her a little wave to let her know we were ready. It never came. She was literally dancing behind the bar while we sat there. We were in that place for 15 minutes without ever being acknowledged except when I went to the bar to get her attention. Finally, we just left. It was clear she didn't want to serve us.
