Quoted me $250 for a very basic yard cleaning and weed spray that was being done before twice a year for $100 each time. My old yard service was two guys who were done within 45 minutes like clockwork every time unless I asked for something additional which I gave them a bit more. And I thought they were doing pretty well for themselves...I guess not from this quote. I have seen cheaper Master electrician (above Journeyman) labor prices.Response from the owner:HiEli JohnsonI have a question: where is the person who charges $100? As I told you I have been unable to get in touch with them since before January. And if you think that $250 is acceptable for two people for less than an hours work, then people need to know it. I have given some businesses good reviews because they have gone above and beyond, unfortunately, those types of businesses are very few and far between now days. I don't review businesses that just do what they are supposed to, you know, what they were paid to do. Quite often it's a struggle to get what you paid for. Just like one of your counterparts quoting me $350 yesterday for the very same work. You even acknowledged the state of my yard was still decent even without being worked on for over six months. It's a pretty low maintenance yard, not huge and I am not paying a master electrician's wages or more to get it cleaned. No worries though, I did find someone I can deal with at $150 on the first cleanup and $125 every six months after provided there is no other work to be done. I will chalk it up to inflation... but at least I won't be getting gouged.

They did a great job with the weed cleanup at my dad’s house. The front and back yards were covered with dead weeds and they did such a good job cleaning it all up.

Efrain was very professional and transparent. During the consultation he made recommendations that saved me money and assisted in making sure my yard would look great.Efrain and his crew showed up early to the house and worked for nearly 8 hours on just yard cleanup and plant installs. Efrian was amazing. He called me back within 5 minutes of me leaving a message he was there earlier than he said he would be he was quick efficient fixed my irrigation system and took care of my leak I have no complaints and we'll be using him monthly to maintain my yard. I will also be using him to lay some artificial grass for my dogs he was very knowledgeable about the plants in my yard what needed to be done as well as the landscaping and laying laying of pavers.
