Not only did she figure out an issue with one of my credit reports having inaccurate information, but she even verified my report to me in each borough. She was very transparent with my situation and I Felt like we had an honest conversation. She saved me a headache and recommended the best advice for me that would not hurt my pockets. They have a nice website and they seem very professional and based upon the rating you would think that you are making a great choice and that they are all business BUT I made my appointment and they NEVER even bothered to call, leave me a message, send me a text or even an email stating that they were running late!!! YES, Credit Repair of Florida you are more than welcome to fact check me on what I am writing!!! If they are not willing to take that extra step to give me the courtesy to let me know they are running late imagine how they would treat my case!!! Yea!!! NO THANKS!!! JUST FYI! My Appt. was for 10/24/2024 at 11 am!!! UPDATE: At 11:44am all of a sudden I received a call from Harriet telling me she called at 11am and it went straight to voicemail but I know and she knows that is not the truth, all I said next time please be honest and upfront with the customer, I would have understood but by feeding me a lie is very unprofessional!!!
