I would highly recommend calling United Water Restoration Group if you are needing any mitigation work. They definitely know what they are doing.We called United Water Restoration Group after unexpected water damage happened in our bathrooms. First, the answering service was great, both quick to answer and to get us on the schedule. So far, we’ve worked with the water mitigation team. Jaret and Bo were amazing and quick to get started on removing all standing water. They checked in and monitored the progress throughout the week. Jaret explained things well and answered all of our questions. Both of them were very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional throughout the whole process. It was truly appreciated.Dealing with water damage is truly a lesson in trusting the process, and although I hope to not need them again, I would not hesitate to call UWRG again if I did.

They came out and gave me a quote to remove light mold from my crawl space. Done it in one day. Came and explained exactly what they did and said call if any problems come back.I also paid the fee for the letter on what service they did, but called me and said I got the service done , so the inspection letter was included.

My project Manager Cameron with United Water Restoration is amazing. His patience and outstanding customer service has really provided a sense of relief with my kitchen rebuild. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, he is very informative when providing me information or updates that I need to know and he takes time out of his busy schedule to help me figure out my flooring and backsplash which as been hard due to me having to match everything up with existing cabinets and granite.
