If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Michael Herrera went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us throughout the entire process. From beginning to end, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we understood every step along the way. He truly held our hand through the entire process and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and manageable. What stood out to us most was Michael’s honesty and integrity. It is rare to come across someone who is not only exceptional at what they do, but who is also so ethical, transparent, and genuinely looking out for the best interests of the people they are helping. We never once felt pressured or uncertain — we felt informed, supported, and confident that we were in good hands. The level of service we received was exceptional. Terrible people to do business with. Made so many phone calls to the company and was told the same thing time after time. They will take care of it. Four or five months later the estimate for taking down and reinstalling the solar panels was completed. It was left blank on the contract. Was informed by the Insurance company that they needed the estimate before I could be paid for that. January I received two checks but not for the solar panels. I finally received a check the beginning of April. All the emails,texts,and phone calls I had to make was not at all necessary. I was put through the wringer with RRCA.

Well done, Jared Standley and RRCA team! I was a little nervous going from our hurricane-damaged tile roof to a standing seam metal roof, but I am so happy with the results. Communication was top-notch, and the presentation of what would happen (permits, material arrival, payment due dates, etc) was professional and clear. Everything took place when and how Jared said it would. Highly recommend!

It was a rocky start at first with the tech that did our roof evaluation. He moved away and a new rep came out -Matt Haffner along with the office manager Jessica Torres and from that point to completion was very smooth. I have no reservation on recommending this company for your roofing needs.

Great experience with RRCA installing a metal roof on my home. The entire process was professional. Michael Herrera, the project manager, did a great job coordinating the work and keeping me informed throughout the project. Jessica Torres was also very helpful on the administrative side and made everything easy with the paperwork. The roof looks great and the quality of the work shows. I would definitely recommend RRCA.

From timely delivery of materials to prompt arrival of work crews [ who cleaned up after every work session ] and also provided excellent referrals for related projects involving electrical, rain gutter and downspout work. This company bribes customers for 5 star reviews. They provide a free wind mitigation report after installing the new roof but ONLY if you provide proof that you left 5-star reviews on 3 Google, Facebook, and Better Business Bureau. This explains RRCA's numerous 5-star glowing reviews, which was a main reason I chose to use them. Be aware that these reviews are essentially fraudulent. My experience with RRCA otherwise was mixed. Ultimately, I did get a great result: I got a quality roof and RRCA helped me get much of it paid for through insurance. For that reason, I'd recommend people use this company, but do so cautiously. In addition to the above, the issues I had with RRCA included: - RRCA contracts out their jobs. The crew that pulled my shingles off left a mess -- even after they ran the magnet around the property, we had to purchase our own magnet and still found over 100 nails lying around. During the job, the back alley reeked of urine. - The crew that showed up to do the roof install sat in their truck for an hour and left without word. Turns out the roof was too steep for the price they received from RRCA so they backed out. RRCA had to scramble and find a second crew to come later that week to do the install. - The crew that did the roof install was pretty good, but did unhook our heating exhaust duct and fail to reconnect it. Thankfully, I opened up our attic and noticed this before the heat turned on. - Poor scheduling and communication. Our point-of-contact seemed out of the loop pretty often, and couldn't give us much of a heads up on timing until one or two days before the job. It felt like he was focused on sales and less so on project management. Again, I was very happy with the end result of the project, but am sharing my full experience with RRCA because many of the reviews here have been (illegally?) financially incentivized not to.

I want to recognize the entire team at RRCA. Stephen came through in getting our roof approved for insurance reimbursement and even through rain and hurricane season, the team worked hard to continuously work on what they could weather permitting and made certain that the roof was dried in. There was regular communication throughout the entire process. Prior to this, I had never heard of a stone coated steel tile roof, and I appreciate that this was recommended to us in place of the clay tiles we had previously. It looks amazing and will last long beyond my years on earth. The entire team worked together to ensure we had a great experience and we greatly appreciate it. I highly recommend RRCA for your next roofing project. Give them a chance and allow them the opportunity to earn your business.
