My sister is frequently homebound and not great with technology but needing a new mattress she phoned Mason at the mattress by appointment store and then literally Sent me to the store to act as liaison. Mason had the idea to put my sister on the phone while we sampled several mattresses based on my sisters requirements of comfort level, price and a good presentation when making up the bed. Mason‘s expertise prevailed in all the requirements. Delivery was prompt set up was perfect and customer service was great. all this to say that Mason was able to pivot for a customer who is less comfortable with technology.
