INCREDIBLE and ETHICAL! I've travelled around the world and had my share life changing experiences but this takes the top of the list in regards to my body, which has been in Chronic pain for over 20years (even stopping my Pilots career). I went in for a knee injury which I've been told my whole life is genetic and unavoidable, I almost had my lower spine fused around 21 and my left shoulder gave me so much grief I barley slept. Nate demolished those limitations within the consultation, explaining and proving the route cause to my problems, this gave me a hope for my future and my body I had Never been given. With in the 6 week program I worked with Wesley, he not only did chiro, dry needle and massage but taught me how to gain functional strength that not only Solved my knee issue but also my lower back and my left shoulder COMPLETELY! I am still in awe and appreciation. These guys arnt just PTs, they are chiropractors and physios that actually want to FIX you not just take money off you each week! I was blindly loyal to unethical practitioners in the past and I have now given that Earnt loyalty to The Cave. The environment Nate and The Cave family create is warm, egoless, inspiring and just an honour to be apart of. There are no words to express my gratitude for not just changing my body, but supporting my mental health and taking me from life long chronic pain to NO pain at all!!! From the bottom of my love filled heart I truly thankyou for everything you all have done for me and are doing for our community. Finally there is some ethical and holistic practioners in our home town that want to see us thrive not just survive 🙏

I injured my neck in an eFoiling accident, which caused it to lock up and left me with constant headaches. Wes and Nate were absolutely incredible — they guided me through recovery, helped strengthen my neck and shoulders to prevent it from happening again, and worked with me to identify and eliminate my headache triggers. I’m now two weeks headache-free, getting back into shape, and feeling strong again. Thank you so much, guys — absolute life savers! Back out to the waves I go!!!
