I’ve had a great experience training here. My main trainer is Brian, and I’ve also worked with Katherine and Cory, everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with.They do a great job breaking things down so the workouts are easy to follow, even when they’re challenging. I never feel lost, and they’re always there to answer questions or adjust things when needed.The programming is well thought out with a good mix of squat, deadlift, full-body, and chest/back days, plus accessory work that keeps things interesting and helps track progress.Overall, it’s a supportive environment with great coaching. I’d definitely recommend this gym.
