I’m so glad I found this website and guide for gluten free food in Singapore. I thought eating gluten free there would be easy, but it was actually quite challenging. This guide gave me helpful advice on where to eat, how to communicate, and common traps to avoid. I just wish I’d purchased it earlier when researching my trip.

Having Coeliac Disease and previously staying in Singapore enroute to Europe knowing how hard it was to find safe places to eat I joined this Facebook page. I found the information provided by people living in Singapore and those who travelled there was invaluable in giving me the knowledge I was lacking prior to leaving home for my holiday. The restaurant and shopping list plus the updated Google maps were very useful. Karen Horan is to be congratulated for the effort and passion she puts into maintaining the website and the guide. I would recommend anyone who is Coeliac, intolerant/allergic to gluten/wheat and are contemplating holidaying or moving to Singapore to join the Facebook page and buy the Guide.
