Mark is great! He installed a new stereo, back up camera and tinted my windows within a day and a half. He was so great that we then had him do my husband’s jeep with the same 3 things. My daughter and I went to Super Sound for dash cam advice and installation for our vehicles. We ended up having Mark and his staff take care of our 2002 Mazda B4000 pickup, 2018 Subaru Forester and 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. Very different issues with each but Super Sound did a great job on all of them for a fair price. Thanks, Mark!

Super Sound did an amazing job installing a new screen, backup camera and got my radio working again in our oldest car! They were able to fit me in on very short notice, completed the installation quickly, and everything works well. The gentleman was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I can’t recommend Super Sound highly enough.I brought my 2020 Chevy Colorado to Super Sound for a new backup camera, but the truck had a much bigger problem. A year earlier, I had an audio system installed by the local Audio Express that included a head unit, amplifier, subwoofer, and speakers. The Audio Express installation took five days to complete and I had to bring it back because the speakers weren’t connected when I drove it off the property. From that day, the system never sounded right. I drove the truck for nearly a year barely wanting to turn the stereo on because I was so disappointed with the sound. I honestly reached the point where I even considered selling the truck because I thought the audio system was a hopeless cause.Then I met Mark at Super Sound.Mark listened carefully to my concerns, diagnosed the issues, and recommended replacing the previous amplifier with a Kenwood that was a much better fit for my truck. He also installed a new backup camera and Harman Kardon speakers. The entire job was completed in a single day, and he even stayed late to accommodate my schedule. His prices were excellent too.The difference was unbelievable. Withjust a few adjustments to the head unit, which I was able to make myself, the system came alive. The stereo imaging is now incredibly precise, the soundstage is wide and immersive, the channel separation is excellent, the vocals are crystal clear, and the bass is tight, controlled, and musical. Every drive is enjoyable now, and I honestly didn’t think my truck was capable of sounding this good.Mark turned what had been a year-long disappointment into one of the best upgrades I’ve ever made. He is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, reasonably priced, and clearly cares about getting the system right.If you’re looking for a car audio shop you can trust, or you’re unhappy with an existing installation, I wholeheartedly recommend Super Sound. I only wish I had gone there first.

After a god-awful experience, with Audio Express here in Santa Fe, Mark at Super Sounds did an AMAZING job of fixing the mess created by AE and was a total pleasure to work with. He was a consummate professional and his customer service should be an example for the downstream service provided by Audio Express management and staff. Hats of to Mark doing it right and treating his customers with respect, not disdain!

Don't go anywhere else; this is a wonderful place. The owner and the employee I talked to were unfailingly friendly, courteous and relaxed about things. They offered me an appointment the same day I called, and they installed a camera in my car in a little more than an hour (and also removed my old camera).
