I called a while back to get information regarding the price and the amount of time it would take for an install and was told one thing regarding the time. A couple days ago was ready to take my vehicle and called to schedule and once again ask about how long it was going to take only this time another two hours was added. I was unable to keep the appointment due to illness and called to reschedule and to be sure that it was going to be four hours as told two days ago, so that arrangements could be made to pick me up and bring me back after the install was completed. Unfortunetely, it was way too much trouble taking an extra few seconds to answer my question and more convenient being rude and stating how he'd "already gone over all that with me and was busy with other customers," but then lastly to state "two hours." First it was two hours, then it's four hours and back to two hours. I don't allow for confusion and especially for anybody to treat me like that, so therefore even if it means paying more then so be it and I'll just take myself and my business elsewhere.
