We were very pleased with the service and professionalism Todd Cerrito showed when purchasing our home in Southern Utah. Todd went above and beyond to make sure every detail was addressed. Todd took the time make a video of the houses we were interested in and FaceTime walkthroughs of homes due to us living out of state. This made it easier to make decisions remotely. Working with century 21 was great but my realtor Todd Cirrito was even better. Todd was great to work with and was not pushy at all. I told him exactly what I was looking for in a home and my price range. He gave me every home in those details and I managed to find the exact one I wanted but that didn’t come without a lot of work on his end the house ended up being in pre-foreclosure and he worked super hard to make sure I ended up with my amazing home.
