The morning Bryan Burnett called me and said I can sell your rental property was the best day of my life! We had been trying to sell it for months prior, and Bryan said him and his team had a strategy and tools to help sell my property, and after a little research on Bryan, we hired him. Weekly phone calls, and updates to my wife and I were such a refreshing change from the previous realtor. Even if it wasn't much to report, it still helped a lot having such good communication with them. My wife handled most of it, but there was always the best communiation. They always answered texts, phone calls, and issues we had that would arise. They were always there and worked hard to get this sale for us.
